SHIPPING
We only ship product to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account your order will be flagged and you will have to provide us a picture of your ID and picture of card used (only showing last 4 digits) in order for us to continue processing your order. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days. For shipping outside the US please allow 6 to 10 business days. All shipping fees will be $10 Flat.
Process Time:
Please allow 2-3 days for processing and 2-7 days for shipping. All Orders will require a signature for delivery. ONLY EXCEPTION is when free shipping is applied.
Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is shipped we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact us if you are located outside the USA/Canada and would like to order.You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas DHairBoutique’s shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL IF HAIR HAS BEEN INSTALLED. NO REFUNDS
RETURNS APPROVED WITH STAFF
With approval from staff, you may exchange or return hair for the same purchase price if contacted within 4 business days of delivery. Please note Hair must be in original condition ( unaltered, unworn, uncut, undamaged, containing no odor or sing of wear or products).
PLEASE DO NO SHIP HAIR BACK WITHOUT APPROVAL. CUSTOMERS WILL PAY OWN SHIPPING ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES
