The hair you purchased is our Raw Straight hair, which is 100% raw and unprocessed. Because the hair is truly raw, we do not flat iron the hair before shipping like many companies do. Raw straight hair naturally has a slight wave or bend to it, especially when the bundle is folded, this is completely normal for raw hair.
Also, hair is measured when fully stretched/extended, not while folded or in its natural wave pattern. When the hair is stretched straight, it will measure the full 14 inches.

The hair was beautiful and as described. I bought three bundles of wavy, double drawn, 18 and 20" hair but ended up returning one of them because it was much lighter in color than the other two. Customer service was excellent and I am very happy! I am coming back soon to get their curly hair.

Thanks for your feedback! Your Raw Indian Deep Wave/Curl frontal is 100% raw, single-donor hair from India, which naturally tapers at the ends. This is a normal feature of unprocessed hair.

Love the wavy texture bundles/closure much better than the curly bundles. The curly closure is nice as well. The only drawback is that the wefts/closures shed even after sealing. The curly bundles when not matched can be difficult when you have a bundle that’s curly & one that’s not so curly you end up not being able to tame the hair when wearing it. Still working to see if this can be rectified

Hair quality is great and she’s practically the only one selling 2x6 hd raw Indian curly closure. And the closure has enough hair too , it’s not thin.

This straight hair is sooo silky and lays so flat! I flat ironed it and it didn’t get stiff or burnt. Perfect for my sew-in.
